How could a team automate a weekly competitor research digest?

Inputs: Approved public sources, a reporting schema, the research question, and a human review owner.

1. Define the source fields and the distinction between an observation, a summary, and an inference.
2. Prototype collection and structured summarization with source links and a clear exception path.
3. Evaluate a sample for factual accuracy and usefulness before expanding the workflow.

Proposed deliverable: A workflow specification, sample digest, and review checklist.

Evaluation: Track source coverage, factual errors, review effort, and usefulness against a manual baseline.
