# Product & product analytics · experience and example brief

Richie Lin · Experience and work samples

I partnered with developers on customer feedback priorities, designed a signup prototype, and analyzed purchasing behavior.

## Relevant experience

### Product collaboration

Partnered with developers to prioritize customer feedback on the roadmap and support updates within weeks.

Working principle: Customer feedback becomes more useful when it identifies a specific problem to prioritize.

### Journey design

Designed a mobile signup prototype with localized messaging and consent fields.

Working principle: A proposed flow should connect an audience need with a clear next action.

### Behavioral analysis

Analyzed purchasing mix and spending concentration across 440 customer records.

Working principle: Behavioral patterns help frame product questions. They do not establish customer motivation.

## Illustrative brief · proposed approach

Users start a sign up flow but leave before completing it. What should the team explore?

Inputs: Funnel events, user feedback, the current flow, accessibility needs, and product constraints.

1. Validate the funnel and locate the step with the clearest evidence of friction.
2. Combine the behavioral pattern with feedback to frame a problem and a testable hypothesis.
3. Propose a small change with acceptance criteria, success metrics, and a review plan.

Proposed deliverable: A problem brief, annotated flow, and experiment proposal.

Evaluation: Evaluate completion and a relevant quality or consent guardrail with consistent event definitions.
