Illustrative brief · Proposed approach

A proposed exercise.

Start withConsent rules, audience definitions, existing messages, event definitions, and campaign ownership.

  1. Map the proposed journey, entry criteria, consent checks, and exit conditions.
  2. Document message purpose, audience rules, campaign tags, and a review owner for each step.
  3. QA the journey and prepare a reporting view before proposing a limited pilot.
