Context

A product team needed to grow their sales and better understand their users.

Work I Did

I looked at what other companies were doing and rewrote the website to focus on how the product helps people. I also tested 50 different ads to see which ones people liked most.

What Changed

Sales went up by 15%, and 25% more people started clicking on the ads.

Context

A food business was using apps like DoorDash and UberEats but wanted more orders.

Work I Did

I looked at where people were getting stuck in the app and fixed those spots. I grouped popular items together and removed choices that were just confusing people.

How I Work

A Simple Path To Results

Every project is different, but I usually follow these steps to make sure we are building the right thing.

It starts by finding what is not working. I look at how people use the product to find where they get stuck.

I talk to users and look at the data so we can agree on the real problem.

Shape The Plan

Next, I turn what I learned into a clear direction. This might be a site redesign or a better way for customers to sign up.

I map out the steps so we can make decisions and test ideas fast.

Build And Improve

Once we have a plan, I work with the team to get the first version built and shipped.

I add ways to measure if it is working, then use that feedback to keep making the product better.
